Answers to common questions about our dried flowers and orders
FAQ
This dried flowers FAQ covers what customers ask us most about our flowers, ordering and shipping. Do not see your question here? Send us a message and we will gladly help.
Our Flowers
We grow, harvest and dry all our flowers on our family farm in Woodstock, Illinois. Each variety is picked at its peak, and hung to dry in the dark in a special purpose-built structure within our own barn that has temperature and humidity control for best quality.
Very close. Our flowers are grown and dried naturally, so size, color tone and form vary a little from stem to stem. That variation is part of their beauty, and it makes every bunch one of a kind.
Each product page lists how many stems you receive and about how long they are, for example 18 stems, about 12 to 16 inches long overall. Measurements are approximate because every stem is natural.
Display them somewhere dry and out of direct sunlight, which helps the color last, and handle the stems gently. A vase with no water is all they need.
Ordering
Yes. The minimum total order is $100 before tax. Some varieties also have a minimum quantity, which you will see on the product page.
A pack is a small multiple of bunches of one variety, usually our minimum order for that variety (2 or 3 bunches in a pack). When you go to add to cart you will see the minimum order quantity listed – that’s the pack size. But you can buy any number of bunches above that.
Yes. We offer wholesale pricing for florists, designers, shops and studios. Visit our wholesale page or contact us about bulk quantities.
Yes. If you would like retail packaging for each individual bunch, or have a custom order in mind, send us a message and we will be happy to put something together that works for your individual need.
We grow in small batches, so each variety is limited to what we harvest and dry. If you are hoping for a particular variety, and it’s sold out on our web site, send us a message and we will check inventory for you in case we still have some on hand, or recommend a substitute if not available.
Shipping
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days, and you will receive an email with a tracking number once yours is on its way. If you need expedited shipping, that does cost extra, but we’re happy to help – just contact us before you place the order
Contact us before you order. If your need is urgent, we will look at alternate shipping options with you.
Contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will work toward a replacement or a fair resolution.
Because dried flowers are delicate and handmade, all sales are final and we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. If something is not right with your order, we will make things right. Read our returns policy and shipping policy for details.
