Strawflower

One of our top sellers! This year we grew just about every color we could find, across a dozen varieties. We trialed everything to see what grew best and delivered the most beautiful colors. Our bouquets all contain several varieties, curated into four rich, coordinated color combinations: We also select for a variety of flower sizes, and both single and multiple blooms per stem. We harvest at the perfect time so each bouquet is truly a standout and very intentionally curated to be as beautiful as possible (if you can’t tell already, I love strawflowers). None of the flowers are past peak – strawflowers continue to open after harvest, so must be picked early to reach the ideal final form, and this is one of the most common flaws we see in other offerings.

• Apricot peach – our most popular combo with multiple warm, soft yet strong mid tones that are so welcoming.
• Berry shades – cranberry to light rose pink, a jewel toned, rich and vibrant combination
• Vintage white – several white varieties of slightly different shades make a soft, textured and understated impression like antique linen. Perfect farmhouse vibe. Very limited inventory.
• Copper and gold – a selection of multiple rich colors like bright fall leaves, from deep almost bronze to bright copper-orange to luminous golden yellow. They almost glow, and immediately draw the eye. Great focal point.
